1) What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. SwimDiscount.com will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the shipment date. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition (i.e. have not been worn in the water), including all original tags. All packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend sending your items back via a traceable method for your protection.

Please follow our Return Authorization (RA) process for an RMA Number to include with your package. Return requests must be performed in the Customer Account section. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return invoice inside the box. Any box without an RMA number visible on the outside will be rejected.

As soon as we process your return package, we will credit your account or place a new order for your requested exchange with Free Exchange Ground Shipping. Exchanges/Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

There isn't an exchange shipping fee. Since you pay the cost of shipping back your purchase, we will cover the cost of shipping out your exchange via our Ground service. This offer excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, all international countries. Alaska and Hawaii states will be charged a $6.50 shipping for exchange. Foreign country will have a $18 shipping fee.

You are responsible for making sure that we receive your return. We strongly recommend for your safety that you insure your package or use a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please write your RA number on the outside of your package.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a Return or Exchange. However, your exchange items may be eligible for free exchange shipping. In the event that your order was shipped for Free, but returns were made which dropped your total charge to below the required $75, a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Books and videos cannot be returned unless they are defective. Customized products cannot be returned. Clearance corner and grab bag products can only be exchanged.

5) Shipping Policies
We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. We currently ship to International addresses also.

We ship world wide.

6) Credit
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

7) Order Processing Time
Shipments of in-stock items usually occur within 24 hours after your order is received during Monday through Saturday. Orders received during a weekday before 12noon (PAC) will ship that business day - with expedite request orders (overnight or 2nd day delivery) shipping same day if they are received by 2:00pm(CAL). Orders received after 12noon will ship the following day. Sunday orders will ship the next regular business day. We're quick! Not many other catalog companies offer this, but we've been in business for almost 10 years!

If you need expedited delivery we offer Second Weekday Air and Next Weekday Air for a small upcharge over regular ground service.

Backordered items usually ship within 24 hours after they are received at our warehouse. If you indicate a second choice of color or item we can often quickly substitute that one in for you. We know that backorders are frustrating for you...however sometimes our suppliers run out of a popular item and it takes a while to replenish it.

8) What is the format of the videos?
The format of the videos is NTSC only. Unfortunately, PAL format is not available. The video can be viewed anywhere in the United-States and North America.

For the others countries, you will need to go to a store that can make the change. It is usually not to expensive to make such a change.

10) International Orders / Customs Fees
Customs fees are levied by individual countries on imported goods. Each country has its own rules as to how to levy customs fees. For an example of how the United States levies customs fees, click here. Please check with your local government office if you are an international customer seeking information regarding your country's customs fees.

SwimDiscount is not responsible for customs fees and we do not factor customs fees into our shipping prices. If you are an international customer, you may have to pay a customs fee in your home country in order to receive your merchandise.

11) Why am I not receiving emails? (AOL Members)
If you are an AOL Member and are not receiving our emails, check your Spam folder first. We find that many of our AOL customers have our emails filtered to the Spam folder.

If you're still not able to find emails from us, then you'll need to modify your Spam settings. Below is a screenshot of the AOL Spam Controls (Actual display may vary depending upon version of AOL):



In order to fully allow emails from us, you'll need to make sure that you have one of the following options set in "Control Who I Get Mail From":

- Allow mail frol all senders
- Allow mail only from People I Know
- Use a Custom Sender List

If you are using either of the latter 2 options, make sure to add SwimDiscount.com to your "People I Know" or "Custom Sender List." If emails from swim2000.com are still not getting to your Inbox, make sure to check off for blocked mail to be "Delivered to the Spam Folder."

Make sure to never report any swim2000.com emails as Spam to AOL when reading these emails. If you have changed your Spam settings to be very loose and are still not receiving emails from us, please contact AOL to report the problem.
